 Shipping options


We offer a first class domestic shipping and handling charge of $5.00 for orders up to $35.  Orders over $35 qualify for FREE US domestic First Class Mail. You may also choose $10.99 for Priority Mail.

International shipment costs are based on final destination. Any import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.



There are numerous shipping options available to our international customers. USPS Priority International, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Express International and UPS.

Free International first class shipping is available for orders over $400.

Priority International and International First Class Mail require the customer to take full responsibility for the package due to the fact that we cannot insure nor track the package. By accepting either Priority International or First Class Mail International you are acknowledging responsibility.



USPS International First Class $19 for orders up to $199
USPS International First Class FREE for orders over $400

USPS International Priority $35 for orders up to $400
USPS International Priority $65 for order over $400

USPS International Express $75 for orders up to $400
USPS International Express orders over $400 are calculated by value and distance.


We Ship UPS

UPS International Rates are calculated by service level, value and distance.

Important notice about international orders: We ship to most countries. Every country has its own import restrictions and the export restrictions to other countries by the United States. Even if we can ship to your country, there may be import fees which you may have to pay in order to get your package. You should check your country's importation laws for specific prohibitions and/or customs fees as we are not responsible for any import, excise or VAT fees.

USPS website, select your country, and read the two items labeled Prohibitions and Restrictions.

If you do order from us, you are entirely responsible for ensuring your country allows you to import any items you may order and also for ensuring that the United States allows us to export such items to you. If your items are restricted or prohibited and your package is lost, stolen or seized by customs, you assume all responsibility.


Wholesale customers:

If you need to establish a wholesale account with us, you can apply by clicking the Wholesale link.

If you have established a wholesale account with us, but wish to place an order for less than the wholesale minimum, you will need to establish a separate account for retail purchases. This can be done by registering with our online store with a different email address than what you use for your wholesale account. If you do not have an alternative email account, you can call us at 877-VIAMURANO to place your order.

You can have your password
emailed to you if you forget it. You can change your password to something else. Just login to your account and modify your account information.

Retail customers:

If you are a retail customer, you can automatically establish an account with us through our store. The store will automatically ask you during checkout to login or establish a new account.  If you do not wish to establish an account, you can continue to checkout as a guest.

Some of the features of our store are:

  • Expanded payment options.

  • Review your previous orders, review details and repeat the order in one click.

  • Advanced Search feature allows searching in a number of ways including by category, keyword, SKU, price, etc.

  • Save items that you wish to purchase at a later time in your personal Wishlist.

  • Shipping options include USPS® Priority and also USPS® Express Mail options. You can now select UPS next-day delivery or two-day, and International shipping, etc.



Other Terms

Returns: Returns over $300 will incur a 20% restocking charge. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, your purchase must be returned within 30 days for a refund excluding shipping charges. If you have a problem with your order, you must report it within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Special Order Items:
All special order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.  If your order contains either sterling silver and/or gold-filled original Snapeez® or original Twisted Tornado Crimps®, they are considered special order items and can take up to 21 days to ship due to supply chain constraints.

Chain: We do not accept returns of chain for any reason other than defect. 

Ship Time: We normally process orders within a 72 hour time frame, however, if we are traveling to or from a show it may take a few days longer to process your order.

Bulk Packaging: Bulk Packaging is applied when 2 or more packages are ordered.  We reserve the right to bulk package items unless you indicate otherwise in the comment section of your order.
