We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, PayPal, cashier's checks and money orders. No C.O.D. accepted.
 
Shipping and handling charge is $7.95 up to $500 per order for US domestic shipments and are normally shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders
over $500 are based on the value of the order. International shipment
costs are based on final destination. Any import fees or taxes are the
responsibility of the customer.
Via Murano® international shipping options
There are 3 shipping options available to our international customers. Priority
International, First Class Mail and Express International. Priority
International and First Class Mail require the customer to take full
responsibility for the package due to the fact that we cannot insure nor track
the package. By accepting either Priority International or First Class Mail you
are acknowledging responsibility.
RATES:
International First Class $13 for orders up to $150
International First Class $18 for orders over $150
International Priority $27 for orders up to $150
International Priority $31 for order over $150
International Express $40 for orders up to $300
International Express orders over $300 are calculated by value and distance.
Important notice about international orders:
We ship to
most countries. Every country has its own import restrictions and the
export restrictions to other countries by the United States. Even if we
can ship to your country, there may be
import fees which you may have to pay in order to get your package. You
should check your country's importation laws for specific prohibitions
and/or customs fees as we are not responsible for any import, excise or
VAT fees.
To see what the United States Post Office does not allow us to export to your country,
click here to go to the USPS website, select your
country, and read the two items labeled Prohibitions and Restrictions.
If you do order from us, you are entirely responsible for ensuring your
country allows you to import any items you may order and also for
ensuring that the United States allows us to export such items to you.
If your
items are restricted or prohibited and your package is lost, stolen or
seized by customs, you assume all responsibility.
Satisfaction
is guaranteed.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied, your purchase must be returned
within 30 days for a refund excluding shipping charges. If you have a problem with your order, you must report it within 7 days of receipt of your order.
We normally process orders within a 72 hour timeframe, however, if we are
traveling to or from a show it may take a few days longer to process your
order. Returns over
$300 will incur a 20% restocking charge. We do not accept returns of
cut chain for any reason other than defect. If you are not sure if the
chain is the right style/size/gauge for you, order a small amount and
test it before ordering a larger quantity.
