Terms of Sale

Satisfaction is guaranteed.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied, your purchase must be returned within 30 days for a refund excluding shipping charges.  Returns over $300 will incur a 20% restocking charge.

We do not accept returns of cut chain for any reason other than defect.  If you are not sure if the chain is the right style/size/gauge for you, order a small amount and test it before ordering a larger quantity.  Click here for software return policy.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charge is $6.85 up to $500 per order for USA domestic shipments and are normally shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders over $500 are based on the value of the order.

International shipment costs are based on final destination. Any import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.   We ship to most countries.  Every country has its own import restrictions and the export restrictions to other countries by the United States.  Even if we can ship to your country, there may be import fees which you may have to pay in order to get your package. You should check your country's importation laws for specific prohibitions and/or customs fees as we are not responsible for any import, excise or VAT fees.  You are entirely responsible for ensuring your country allows you to import any items you may order and also for ensuring that the United States allows us to export such items to you.  If your items are restricted or prohibited and your package is lost, stolen or seized by customs, you assume all responsibility.
